September's jam was slightly late and slid into October - the cracking jams below resulted all the same.
Next jam is Thursday 24th October - it's a special one off in association with the Little Room of Comics as part of the Beatyard Festival and will be starting at the slightly earlier time of 7pm and taking place at the Twisted Pepper on Abbey Street, Dublin. It's the perfect opportunity for first time jammers to have a go. Bring your own pens and pencils and the like - paper will be provided.
If you're a small presser bring along some of your comics for a swap n' sell table there on the night.
Some more details on the Beatyard site here.

August 2013
Good show in August jam chums, plenty of finishers, the thick effulgent flow of creativity below.
Due to infernal unmentionable corporate annexation our regular 'last Thursday of the month' jam date will be postponed one week until Thursday 3rd October. It'll be in the most regular spot though - 8pm upstairs in the Lord Edward pub Christchurch, Dublin. All welcome - bring your own pens and stuff, paper and that will be provided (and all).
October also brings a double barrelled blast of jamming - on the last Thursday of the month, 24th October, the jam will be taking place upstairs in the Twisted Pepper, Abbey street as part of the Beatyard festival. There'll also be a swap-n-sell table for small pressers of which more details soon - chalk the date down in your blackboards.

These Jams were done (or added to) at the launch of Courageous Mayhem back at the start of May.
The Jam will be back in the usual spot for June - 8pm Thursday 27th June, upstairs in the Lord Edward Pub, Christchurch. All welcome - bring your own sharpened sticks and animal blood - we'll provide the tanned hides.
Don't forget this Sunday, 23rd June, 12 - 5pm is Independents Day in the Dublin Food Co-Op, 12 Newmarket, Smithfield. One of the best opportunities in Dublin to pick up all the latest and greatest self-published comics and zines - you'll find stuff here you won't get anywhere else. All that and food, live music an art exhibition and much more - many Jam regulars will be there a-stalling. http://independentsdaydublin.blogspot.ie/

March 2013
Your jammy lot of combo-strips from March is below.
April's Jam will be postponed due to not one but two comic launches in The Workman's Club, Wellingtons Quay in Dublin, on Thursday 25th April - come along, all are welcome:
Firstly at 6.30pm Paddy Lynch and Rory McConville's long awaited BIG JIM from O'Brien Press will be launched with a Jim Larkin speech recreation from actor Jer O'Leary and some words from artist Stephen Mooney (Angel, Half Past Danger, Eclectic Micks) and Dublin history and culture blogger Donal Fallon (Come here to me).
More details on the Facebook page here.
Then at 8.30pm the reins get passed to Ronan Kennedy making a rare Irish appearance to launch Mindpuss 2, a book that's set to be a mind-boggler frankly.
Both books will be available for signing and sketches by the creators on the night.
If that wasn't enough Irish comics, another date for the diary is Saturday May 4th at 4pm in the Little Green, 13 High Street, Dublin 8 on Christchurch which sees the launch of new Irish anthology Courageous Mayhem - more details here. Facebook page here. Again, many of the contributors will be there on the night and available to sign or draw on a copy or do a little jig.
